Film Story
Una noche no me basta is a music video for Simón León featuring Shaila Dúrcal, built around a song written by Bruno Danzza. Shot on location in Parras, Coahuila, the video unfolds as a short narrative film, featuring performances by Héctor Bonilla, Hernán Mendoza, Shaila Dúrcal, Héctor Kotsifakis, Alfredo Ahnert, Bernd Pietsch, and an ensemble of actors from La Laguna.
Synopsis:
Years after leaving home, Simón returns to the vineyards where he first fell in love. Starting from nothing, he buys a small vineyard and sets out to build the dream he once imagined as a boy, guided by his aging godfather. But when his wine unexpectedly triumphs over the region’s powerful estate, Simón comes face to face with the woman he left behind, now married to the very man whose vineyard he has defeated. Their reunion rekindles a love neither has forgotten, setting in motion a conflict between an old promise, a new life, and those determined to keep them apart.
